At Imaginary Authors, we want every scent to tell a story you love; if a fragrance doesn't resonate with your personal narrative, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that sample sets and discovery kits are final sale to ensure the integrity of our curated collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Manuscript

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives safely back at our archives.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Final Review

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new chosen scent within 5-7 business days.
