We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on customs.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all Imaginary Authors scents are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and ensure our ingredient suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, we offer a 'Sample First' program where you can purchase 2ml vials to ensure you love the story before committing to a full volume.
How should I store my fragrances to ensure they last?
To preserve the integrity of the notes, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations are common.
